New standards of palatability for variation

These new standards of palatability, distinct from the conventional grading system, seek to meet the diversifying preferences of consumers. We are set to promote the appeal of both marbled meat and lean meat, and offer tips for preparing and enjoying different cuts of beef.

Cattle breeds include various pure-bred breeds centered in Europe and America, each producing beef that continues to be enjoyed and beloved for its characteristic rich flavor. Amidst this competition, we are continuing our efforts to determine what WAGYU needs to provide in order for us to produce beef that consumers will find even more satisfying.
